Insurance
I accept All Out-of-Network Insurance Plans and, as a courtesy to my clients, handle the processing of all out-of-network claims. This drastically reduces the guesswork and relative stress often associated with submitting out-of-network claims on your own.
Payment
All major credit cards, as well as Flex and Health Savings Account Cards. No cash or checks accepted.
