My education and training took place at a number of institutions, including Princeton University, the Manhattan Psychiatric Center, Rutgers University, and the Training Institute for Mental Health.

Prior to opening my practice in South Orange, NJ, I was in practice in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. In addition to realizing success with numerous couples and a diverse male clientele, a large part of my practice was devoted to working with adult females through the various life challenges that are specifically unique to women.

My therapy style is collaborative, interactive, and conversational. Patients have shared with me that they appreciate my warmth, nonjudgmental demeanor, and empathic accuracy.

I have extensive postgraduate training in various psychotherapeutic techniques, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychoanalysis. I draw on all of these techniques to create a course of treatment tailored to the specific needs of the patient.
