Many men arrive having managed these challenges privately for some time. I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) practicing in South Orange, New Jersey, and I see clients throughout Maplewood, Montclair, West Orange, and the greater Essex County area. A significant portion of my practice is devoted to working with men.

My therapy style is collaborative, interactive, and conversational. We work together at a pace that feels right to you, and I will never ask you to share more than you are ready to.

My work is grounded principally in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which attends to the patterns underlying a presenting concern rather than its surface alone, while remaining practical about the changes you hope to make. I draw on my training across a range of techniques to develop a course of treatment suited to you.
